Founder and owner

Kylie Cunningham

Kylie's upbringing in a rural town instilled within her the importance of a natural and healthy lifestyle, which included homegrown fruits and vegetables, daily bike rides and gymnastics on the weekends.

After a trip throughout Southeast Asia in 2003, Kylie developed a curiosity for natural therapies and massage, as she experienced the profound physical and emotional benefits of touch.

In 2005, Kylie successfully completed her Certificate IV in Massage at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, whilst gaining experience as a Chiropractic Assistant. Her style developed towards improving clients’ posture and joint mobility, in addition to enhancing sports performance and movement.

In the years following, Kylie pursued further education and upgraded to a Diploma of Remedial Massage and studied Pregnancy Massage as an elective. She then found an interest in modalities to enhance her remedial massage skills and trained in Dry Needling I & II, Cupping, Myofascial Release I & II and Craniosacral Therapy I & II.

In 2015 & 2017, Kylie attended courses in Oregon (USA) learning myofascial release techniques for head, neck & whiplash conditions, in addition to lower back & pelvic issues and the treatment of sciatica.

2019 saw Kylie delve into the study of Lymphatic Drainage I at Coffs Harbour with Rhythm Massage, and that year also completed a one-day course specialising in the treatment of headaches, with Core Body Therapy.

Kylie’s other study achievements have been gaining a Certificate in Remedial Fusion Hot Stone Massage with Alchemy Massage, that she loves delivering during the colder months of the year. She recently attended workshops in 2023 & 2024 with The Stanborough Education Group, delving into Structural Integration and the Treatment of Scoliosis, learning Rolfing and myofascial release techniques.
